Your logo artwork is transferred to the underside of a fine mesh screens, and then your company logo is printed onto products to create customized water bottles, pens, mugs, or printed bags.
Logo artwork is plotted on a computer, converting blocks of color into individual needle paths. An embroidery machine then stitches colored thread into the material, creating a rich, 3-dimensional logo. Embroidery is a great option for logo bags, personalized team bags, personalized totes, and convention bags.
Your logo is transferred to a photo-etched metal die, and your logo is hot stamped into the material (typically leather or vinyl). The result is an elegant and subtle image of your logo in the material. Silver or gold foil can be stamped into the surface, leaving a foil stamped logo impression.
Your logo artwork is burned into the product. This process gives your logo a clean, smooth, polished look on metal products. In addition to the exceptional logo detail in this process, laser engraved products provide a sense of luxury your clients can appreciate. Most metal products can be laser engraved, making it ideal for executive gifts, personalized pen sets, metal drinkware, and a variety of promotional gifts.
Custom woven emblems and 3-dimensional PVC emblems add detail and depth to logo bags and customized gifts. Woven emblems are produced similarly to embroidery, and PVC emblems are produced in molds and then baked. These emblems are sewn onto the logo bag or promotional bag using either a running stitch or a satin stitch.
